Located in the vibrant west of Tarneit, Westlea Estate designed encapsulates low-maintenance, premium living for the modern family. Designed by Cadox Building design, the 53-townhouse development showcased a simple, clean style with bold pops of colour.

The triple-storey townhouses were built alongside developer Neoland Group and constructed over a 12 month period. A family friendly area, the development included a number of different townhouse floor plans with open plan, fuss-free living a key focus.

Turn key and ready to move in, townhouses feature a modern aesthetic with warm hues in earthy and neutral tones. Contracted to completed stages two and three of the development, our expert build team were able to bring completion dates forward to deliver both stages together.
