Working in collaboration with Frater Group Pty Ltd, we were engaged to build 32 townhouses in this boutique residential development. Only 3kms from the waterfront and 15 minutes to the CBD, the townhomes showcase low-maintenance family living with modern finishes for that touch of luxury.

Generous proportions, earthy tones and luxurious finishes make these modern townhouses an absolute standout for families. The three-storey homes also give residents glimpses of city and water views, enjoyed from balconies positioned straight from living areas.
