Located in the seaside Victorian town of Torquay, this building project features 130 modern two and three-story townhouses. The luxury estate has been designed by architectural group Arcadia Design Studio with a contemporary coastal aesthetic and is the vision of Intrapac property through Avant Townhomes.
Set amongst beautiful landscaped surrounds, its elevated coastal location gives ocean views from private rooftop terraces. The townhouses feature natural timber finishes and are being built with 6-star energy rating , including double-glazed windows, recycled water, and solar power systems. Each townhouse leverages lightweight building materials and coastal colours to create the ultimate beach retreat.
Residents are able to enjoy the outdoors while protected from coastal winds with enclosed courtyards, with built-in BBQs for the perfect entertainment area. Other key features include zero maintenance decking, hardwood floors and exposed structural beams.
Our townhouse builders worked with the client to stage construction to ensure earlier practical competition dates, with construction taking place in separate stages during 2019.
QUAY 2 won a Residential Development award in 2021 at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Victorian Awards for its level of development detail, its level of management, and encapsulating the Torquay lifestyle.
