Located in Melbourne’s southeast, Eden Park features 57 modern townhouses designed by CHT Architects.

The modern double-story townhomes included a sleek modern style warmed by natural timber accents, and private decks to extend living spaces. The three and four bedroom townhomes feature contemporary facades with a mix of textures, quality finishes, and floor plans designed for everyday living.

Chosen for our townhouse knowledge and expertise, we worked in close collaboration with property solutions group Charter Keck Cramer throughout the project. Our townhouse builders also worked alongside project managers to ensure project completion within 12 months with early settlement, reducing the clients peak debt.

Value managing the project build, we were able to reduce build costs by more than 2.5 million without compromising the finish or standard of the build.
