Designed by JAG Architects, the 46-townhouse development showcased a sleek, minimalist style with natural materials blended seamlessly with the surrounding parklands and natural environment.

In collaboration with developers,Forest FGF and Land Z, the triple-storey townhouses were built by our expert team and constructed over a 12 month period. This development included luxury, customisable townhouse floor plans, underpinned by sustainable architecture to maximise liveability. Open-plan living rooms also spill out onto balconies and outdoor spaces with landscaped gardens to create optimal indoor-outdoor flow.

Fitted with premium, high-end appliances and fixtures throughout –including double-glazed windows, oak flooring and secure underground parking – Calibre delivers an exceptional example of the capability of our expert build team.
