With light-filled spaces and living areas, luxury bathrooms, and designer kitchens, Somerfield in Victoria’s leafy northeast was built alongside developer Intrapac Property. The 98 townhouse and 12 apartment development was designed by Orbit Solutions with clever designs and flexible floorplans for a low-maintenance lifestyle.

The luxury townhouses boast leading interiors, with light-filled open living spaces, designer kitchen, and fully landscaped alfresco and outdoor areas. With a focus on urban sustainability and nurturing a connection the community, designers, architects and landscapers worked together to ensure every detail worked in harmony.

With the development designs awarded Best Residential Development and Environmental Excellent at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Excellence Awards, our build and design teams collaborated with the client and architect throughout the project to bring the vision to life. The project was also featured as a strong finalist for UDIA’s Excellence for Medium Density award in 2028.
