A picture of modern living in the ever-growing northern suburb of South Morang, Essence includes 60 double-storey townhouses close to a central park and amenities.

Known for their clean and innovative designs, the townhouse development was designed by Gold Coast-based architect Mi Design Studio. The modern design boasts neutral colours, warm timbers, and contemporary facade, with a focus on low-maintenance living.

To adapt to the growing needs of the modern family, the development includes 11 different two and three bedroom townhouse designs for residents to choose from. The three-bedroom townhouses incorporated modern open plan designs, designer kitchens, and outdoor covered patios for entertaining.

Built in collaboration with developers Platinum Developers, we split the build into two stages to allow early settlements for stage one’s 16 townhouses. Our expert townhouse build team utilised prefabricated shrouds to provide additional stability to the facade while still delivering on the design’s vision.
