Designed by Mushan Architects, Eastwood Monash is located in the vibrant suburb of Clayton in Victoria’s east. The townhouse development showcases a modern design and incorporates a sustainable, organic style with neutral colours, simple forms and warm wood textures.

As well as a focus on open plan living, each townhouse includes high-quality materials, fittings and finishes to create a premium home with all the comforts. Each townhouse features private open courtyards, allowing residents to easily connect the living and outdoor spaces.

Clever design touches create a sense of understated luxury, maximising fresh air, natural light and a connection to the outdoors. Its mixture of external exteriors – with concrete and timbers, neutral whites and flourishes of colour – incorporates bold lines and angles to add instant street appeal.

Developed alongside NX Property Group and working with another builder, the key to this development was collaboration. O  were contracted for all 74 townhouses, and were responsible for all medium density townhouse plans. To minimise overall project delays our team also coordinated with the client and civil contractors to gain access to the site well ahead of the civil program.
