Nestled in the heart of Wantirna, Harmony Gardens premium townhome estate includes 43 triple-story and 16 double-story townhouses. Centred around a 100-year-old English Oak tree, it was designed by Cadox Building Design with open-plan living at its core.

As well as deluxe open plan living areas, the interior inspires modern family living and easy entertaining at home. Its neutral colour palette and mix of modern finishes create a sophisticated style, with living areas extending into a spacious balcony.

Early in the project, the client wanted to adapt the facade to suit new market requirements. Working directly with our design and structural engineers, we were able to achieve this quickly to avoid project delays.

Situated in a one-in-one-hundred flood zone and on an extremely sloped block, the project didn’t come without its challenges. Working in collaboration with developers and the architectural team, our townhouse building team managed the entire project (excluding civil works).

The sloped block wasn’t the only challenge, with 117 cast in-situ concrete pits required. Contaminated soil, road debris and contaminated water from a nearby busy road also had to be overcome early in the project.

Working closely with our engineers, we were able to find solutions with minimal delays. To manage water contamination on site, our engineering team also created a custom stormwater solution to clean water naturally and sustainably. These raingardens incorporate dedicated plans and soil designed to clean pollutants.
